A self-enclosed, factory-engineered capillary tube system that runs a eco-friendly refrigerant. Conducted airflow, produced via a patented construction, is created by a large, stabilized refrigeration structure and supplies a means to keep the food pans and cabinet interior properly cold. The fan motors are sealed, cast iron, and self-lubricating. This unique design allows for a product that uses a lower velocity, and provides a higher volume, more effective circulation of air. For cleaning purposes, the condenser slides out of its space in the back of the table, making maintenance effortless. Stainless steel front, top, and ends, with an aluminum back makes for a durable table that will last for years to come. The inside of the table boasts a stainless steel floor and a white aluminum lining, with coved corners that will make the interior easy to clean. Due to the use of the polyurethane insulator Ecomate, that has the ability to prevent contributions to ozone depletion, the cabinet and door promise that cold air will stay where it belongs. A thick and hygienic detachable cutting board is made of NSF approved white polyethylene, making it a solid and resistant prep surface. The hood, made of stainless steel to match the rest of the table, is inlaid with foam, keeping pan temps cold, securing freshness, and reducing water build-up.
