This VW3S@BI Warming Drawer by Vulcan is a great unit for warming plates or towels for that added touch of elegance for your guests. This built-in warming drawer includes one 12-by-20 inch stainless-steel pan in each of the two drawers. This unit has individual thermostat controls and separate controls and thermometers for each drawer. The cabinet sides and top are filled with one-inch thick insulation to ensure your products stay at the proper temperature. This stainless-steel warming drawer is easy to clean and built to last. This unit is cUL and UL listed for your health and safety needs. The Vulcan VW3S@BI Warming Drawer is also known as: VUL-VW3SBI
