Vollrath's Mirage® induction range features the G4 engine which uses 4 IGBTs so the workload is shared across four parallel switches thus increasing the efficiency, control and longevity of the range. The Mirage® Pro 59500P countertop induction range is designed for light to medium duty front-of-the-house cooking. Has a power temperature mode offering temperature settings of 80°-400° F (27°-274° C), featuring a lower range for chocolates. Its power mode offers power level settings 1-100 with approximate temperature range of 27° C to >274°C. This portable Mirage® 59651 induction range is equipped with a variety of safety features which include small-article detection, over-heat protection, empty-pan shut-off and safety-auto-shut-off and pan auto-detection function. It comes complete with a 6ft power cord and plug. The top case frame is made form heavy-duty, 18-gauge stainless steel with a ceramic top. The ceramic top on the induction range easily cleaned with a mild cleanser.
